In the very rare instance that you may need a refund, items can be refunded if returned within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. At our discretion, returns and refunds maybe issued and will be taken on a case by case basis.
Products must be in the original packaging.
For your peace of mind, we are here to give you and your dog the best quality and service, so if something’s wrong with your product – we will always find a solution for you.
How to request a refund or return

If you received incorrect items
If you have received the incorrect item, just let us know, mistakes can happen. If this is the case, will gladly fix the problem for you.
If the Dog Eats received are faulty
This will be considered on a case-by-case basis and we will determine what to do with the goods you have received. We want you and your pet to be woofing happy!

If you have questions about the quality of your products
As our products are a single ingredient and 100% natural; like every animal, every piece will have its own unique colour, shape and smell – that’s why we we source from the people who farm and fish the products directly. Some items may appear different in real life compared to the photo taken. Not every piece is the same size or shape.
However if you’re still concerned please get in touch with us via email and add some photos of your treats. We will assess the images and get in touch with you to discuss any concerns you have with your products.
If you’ve changed your mind
We are sorry you are not happy with your ‘Eats’ treats. Most dogs LOVE them, however, some puppies need to get used to the texture, shape (as it is real animal product) and smell. Our treats are 100% natural Australian treats and sometimes they also need to get used to the product its, natural, grain-free, chemically addictive-free taste and smell, once they do, they will be ‘paw-ing’ you for more!
Provided the products are still in their original packaging, you can return them to us within 30 days (the shipping costs are your responsibility).
